52 ylo lady developed rupture (leakage) of her silicone implants and capsular contractures (thick scar tissue around the implants). Her left breast worse than right. Initial breast augmentation in 1988. She underwent removal of the ruptured silicone implants and capsules (scar tissue). New silicone implants were placed (250cc). Several months post-op.
